Better yet, leave your car at your vacation
home and rent bikes to get around the island
or use one of the island's taxi services.
3. Beach rules include: no glass or breakable
allowed in designated zones.
4. Beware of the sandbar at the South end
of Tybee near the 18th and 19th Street crossovers.
It looks like a fun walk, but it is an extreme
risk of drowning!
5. Beware of rip currents.

swim alone.
6. To-Go Cups: On Tybee you are allowed to
possess alcohol outdoors as long as it is in a
16 ounces or less plastic container or can -
absolutely no glass.
