FRESH LOCAL SEAFOOD!
Both Bubba Gumbo’s and Coco’s Sunset Grille serve
seasonally fresh seafood with stunning sunset views
along the shores of the Lazaretto Creek. On the
south end of the island is Stingray’s Seafood, which is
owned by a former shrimper and serve some of the
freshest seafood when in season. Located mid-island,
Salt Island Fish & Beer is a balanced combination of
of Tybee's newest restaurants, Pier 16, located in
Downtown Tybee.
COCKTAIL CONNOISSEURS!
A newer spot, Sea Wolf on Tybee, features specialized
cocktails and an eclectic menu with Southern style,
coastal inspired dishes. There is also Cockspur Grill,
whose welcoming environment will have you sipping
an ice-cold beverage with the locals in no time! Head
into Savannah and pay a visit to Abe’s on Lincoln. It’s
an awesome little bar with a cool tavern atmosphere
that draws a quirky crowd. Their selection of craft
beers, live music and outdoor patio space make it
one of the best “dive bars” in Savannah.
UNIQUELY GOOD!
The Deck Beach Bar and Kitchen is the only
beachfront restaurant on the entire island. Take in
stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean while being
ingredients that provide a surprising twist on classic
Sundae Café in one of the most
unassuming locations on all of Tybee, but the menu is
far from it. They specialize in Southern-inspired dishes
focused on seafood and steaks along with delicious
homemade desserts. The Crab Shack is a one-of-akind
experience and an island staple that serves up
of sunset marsh views. Chamacos Tacos & Surf is a
hip spot serving delicious street tacos and an array
of their homemade drink mixes. Huc-a-poo’s Bites &
Booze is a local favorite that has been slinging slices
of pizza bigger-than-your-head and ice-cold drinks
forever.
