sent meant to them. Viet copies all the
information you sent him in Vietnamese.
He keeps his copy and sends the others
to his family. He has started saying his
Daily Decade every night before he goes
to bed. I thank you and the volunteers
for all that we have received through
your effort. My mom recently passed
away and now resides with Mary and
Jesus in Heaven. I said the Rosary for my
mom every day for 15 years while in
prison and each Christmas would total
the OUR FATHERs, HAIL MARYs and
GLORY BEs and send it in her Christmas
card. In the last card that I sent, I had
accumulated 33,480 OUR FATHERs and
141,120 HAIL MARYs. It was the best
Christmas present that I was able to
give her. Please keep her soul in your
good prayers. < James

Three years ago, I took up my Decade
and was made a member of the Living
Rosary. Shortly after that, I became very
interested in the Faith and was able to
join a RCIA class, was baptized and
received the Sacrament of Confirmation.
I just want to thank you for the jump
start to our Catholic Faith! God bless
you! < Kelton - NAVASOTA >
I received everything you sent me. The
property worker knows me well and
knows what you send me all the time.
The things you do for us, Catholics, are
very important. Many men have joined
other denominations but the Rosaries,
Medals and booklets you send us bring
them back to God. I am a team leader
in the Faith-based dorm. We now have
a priest who comes once a month.
They did not have this before. I have
17 guys waiting for materials from
you. We pray for you every day.
Thank you so much for the love you
send us. < Charles - JASPER >
Recently, my incarcerated sisters and
I have been told by our chaplain that,
without his permission, we can no longer
meet on the yard or in a designated
room to pray the Rosary together. Many
Protestants have been coming to our
inmate-led Rosary group. They like how
we pray for each other and care for one
another. They want to become part of
our amazing Catholic Family too! We
have followed the new instructions we
were given and written to the chaplain
to request his permission to meet. Our
requests have all been denied. We
have been told that praying together
is a privilege and not a Constitutional
right. We have only the right to pray
alone in our bunks. There are ladies
here who are sincerely trying to give
their lives to God and come back to the
Church. Satan is rejoicing with the
State’s decision. We have faced lots of
anti-Catholic sentiment and bullying
when we were brave enough to pray
together. Sometimes, it got a bit scary.
But we are never alone. We have Mary,
St. Philomena and St. Charles Lwanga.
St. Charles is the Patron Saint of
Catholic youth and conversion in
Africa. He was about 25 years old
when he was tortured and burned to
death because he would not renounce
his Faith. He is a great protector from
bullies. He does not hate them, but their
lack of charity. He has been taking care
of my anti-Catholic bullies through
the power of the Holy Spirit. He and
Mary have kept me safe. I am sharing
a little prayer I made in his honor and
