I have been reading the My Daily Bread
book every single morning. It has
really been speaking to me all the way
through! I am over halfway through it
and I have used a yellow marker to
highlight the best parts. I think that
book will get me through for a long
time in here and I greatly appreciate
that you sent it to me. I am all about
the power of silence and that book
really gets to the heart of it. Thank you
so much. You have helped me through
these last four years so far, knowing
that I have more to do. Thank you for
instilling in me the habit of praying
the Rosary. < Raphael - Topeka, KS >
It was really good to hear from you.
It has been a crazy time here with
Covid. Our whole prison was infected
except for me and a few others. I prayed
to Our Lady to protect me from this
plague. They were constantly moving us
around to different yards and buildings.
We have 6 yards and 600 - 800 people in
each yard. All of the packets of Rosaries,
Scapulars and Miraculous Medals in
Spanish and English that you sent to
our chaplain have been very helpful. I
just want to say, God bless you! I have
been writing to you for about 16 years
and I still pray from the Fr. Lasance
Prayer Book that you gave me 15 years
ago. I appreciate all the traditional
teaching, pictures and prayer cards. I
use many of your holy cards during
my prayer time. It is so sad what has
happened to the modern church art.
They are like cartoon characters. The
prints that you send are beautiful and
lifelike and help us to see the emotion
and love of Jesus and Mary, and respond
to them with our love. God bless you all!

It is hostile here for Catholics. At times,
the volunteers come and they don’t call
us to go to the Chapel. We often forget
that we belong to a bigger Family and
we are never alone. God bless you for
your kindness and golden heart! I give
everything to Christ: my joy, frustrations,
pain, hope and love. All for His glory!
I am starting to understand His Love
for me and it is breath-taking! You all
are in my prayers. May your crown in
Heaven shine with special jewels for
visiting the prisoners! < Luis – FL >
I appreciative your Association and
all the great things you do throughout
the world. Thank you for the beautiful
Rosary. At times, it is easy to get lost
behind these walls. It helps to give me
hope and know that we are not alone.
If I would not have asked God to help
me get through these trying times, who
knows where I would be today. I asked
God to help me get away from the drug
habit. I have been clean and sober
now for six years! God is Good! Amen!
Thank you, Living Rosary, for coming
into my life. Please send me a Daily
Decade. < Jimmy - Grants, NM >
Nicholas was released
from prison 2 years ago
and he has established
himself with his family
and his parish priest,
Fr. Henry Hoffman, and
has set up a prison
ministry to help other prisoners who
seek guidance, support and friendship
through letters and prayers. PATTI
“Thank you for the Calendars,
prayer cards and all the other nice
things you sent to me. I got all the
letters you sent from the inmates and
will begin to write to them. Now, I
have set up an address for my prison
ministry at my local church. Father
is guiding me. Hopefully by setting up
my work with St. Stephen’s Catholic
Church, I can build up a service that
will spiritually benefit many men and
women behind bars. Please keep this
new mission in your prayers.”
