opened VENUE Naples, in March of 2017.

Chef Brian introduces an ultra-modern
spin on catering and Crave Culinaire’s
elegant services span a spectrum from
full event planning, to catering events,
to chic, artistic private meals prepared
for the most prominent palates.
Chef Brian Roland graduated from The
Culinary Institute of America in Hyde
de Cuisine (CCC) through the American
Culinary Federation (ACF) and a member of
the Chaine de Rotisseurs. He’s worked
for several well-known French chefs
including Daniel Boulud at Restaurant
Daniel & Café Boulud in New York City,
as well as Patrick Verre at the prestigious
TPC Jasana Polana private golf club in
Princeton, New Jersey. Locally, Brian has
worked as Executive Chef in top kitchens
including Chops City Grille, M Waterfront
Grille, Cru Lush Wines and Pure Food.
Chef Brian consults with other industry
professionals to heighten professional
creativity and excellence. He has had
the honor of cooking for many wellknown
celebrities including Judge Judy,
Brian Boitano, Franc D’Ambrosio, Randy
Wayne White, Cliff Williams of AC/DC,
Marilyn Manson, David “Big Pappi” Ortiz
and Paula Deen, and now he has the
opportunity to create amazing events
just for you.
Chef Brian and Nicole Roland and their
team at VENUE Naples have conceived
a space which is not only visually appealing,
but fully customizable giving the client
the freedom to design every aspect of
the event. The interior is designed to
reflect an elegant, modern urban loft.
Basic elements, like exposed brick and
reclaimed lumber beams, are paired
with modern minimalistic accents to create
