her. Mothers, especially, would ask Taryn how she lost the weight and
how had she kept it off? She had gotten married and had two beautiful
boys by this time and women wanted to know how she had bounced
back so well.
“That’s when I went all in launching my first program. I couldn’t get
away from it because women, a lot of new moms especially, would
message me and they would ask me questions like ‘how did you do it?
How did you lose the weight? And, I was spending so much time on
emails, one by one, writing all this stuff-do this and eat this, and this is
the meal plan that I do, and these are my favorite foods and this is how
you work out…” At this point Taryn was at a staccato, trying to answer

all of these emails and inquiries.
“And, for nothing. Just because I wanted to help these women.
And, finally, I realized that this was crazy and I have an idea. I put
together a program.”
Taryn went on, “ I came up with this really cute name that I thought
I was just going to name my one program. The 21 Day Fit and Chic Program.
‘Chic’ because I wanted to incorporate fashion and confidence
and more than just workouts and fitness since I had learned that women
need more than just eat this and do this.”
