that can positively impact this
disparity.
With a mission to support Hispanic and Latinx
professionals, the Juntos ERG includes approximately 300
members in California, Texas, and Georgia. Promoting a diverse
and inclusive environment, while providing opportunities for
successful career development at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise,
Juntos provides an abundance of resources for all of its
members, specifically a safe space where Hispanic and Latinx
members can collaborate alongside like-minded professionals.
Juntos prides itself in not only empowering colleagues
and members, but also giving back to the community by
partnering with local nonprofit organizations and providing tools
and resources such as workshops, mentorships, and
professional bootcamps. To Juntos, building the community is
just as important as elevating colleagues. When it comes to
community involvement and engagement, Juntos focuses on
primarily assisting high school and college students,
entrepreneurs, and professionals.
