Q:What advice do you give home owners
who want to sell their homes quickly?
There are a few things you can do to sell your
home quickly, but these are my top five tips:
• Price it right the first time. A great real estate
agent can provide vital resources, extensive
market analysis and comps to help the seller
price the home properly. We want to ensure
that the home is competitive in the marketplace,
but we also don’t want to leave money
on the table.
• Ensure the home has a great curb appeal.

do this, remove family photos, memorabilia
collections, and personal keepsakes prior to

buyers from looking at your house. Be willing
and available - and ensure that your home

• Do not over-improve your home. Remodeling
is great but a $20,000 remodel will not add
$20,000 worth of value to your sales price.
