These toys are something special (and inexpensive) you crocheters
can make for your dog. Always be sure to supervise play time with
these or any toys.
Start with an old, clean t-shirt. Begin at the bottom and cut a 1&1/2
inch, unbroken strip around and around the shirt until you cannot cut
any farther. As you cut the material, roll it up in a ball and use it like
stitches and join for a ring. Single
crochet from each of the 5 stitches
until the entire ball of material is gone,
