Owner Tim Hawk opened the store in 2010. “We do
heating and cooling obviously, residential and light commercial,”
Hawk said. “I’ve been doing it for about 20 years – 25
almost.” Hawk started his business because he felt that other
companies were seeing people just as numbers and what they
could get out of them.

mom,” he chuckles.
“I thought I could offer better personal service,” he said.
“That’s what made me go out on my own. We care more
about the people than we do just about selling the products.”
“A lot of the companies just want to sell new equipment
whether people need it or not,” Hawk said. “They kind of
coerce them, especially in Florida because it’s so hot. We are

ble, we will repair the system before we try to sell a new one!
That is what we do.”
Hawk and his seven employees do their best to get to a
service location by the end of the day when someone calls
with their heat or air out. “If you call in the morning we
should be there in the afternoon. We normally need three
to four hours depending on how many people have called
that day. We very rarely leave people without air all night,”
Hawk said.
On the occasions when they do have to replace a system,
they sell Rheem products, a trusted name in air and heating
systems. Part of the I Care Air Care service is to offer discounts
for those who sign up for their care programs. Membership
in their care program includes two tune-ups - one in
