Sunshine Calling Q+A ST. PETE’S RESTAURANT ENTREPRENEURS How would you describe St. Pete’s “foodie” scene? I love that the foodie scene here is constantly growing and developing. Customers are becoming more educated and they enjoy knowing what is new, unique and cool. I also love that St. Pete is a city where it’s possible for independently owned and operated restaurant owners such as myself to pursue our dreams. ���������������������������������������������������������������������� ���������� No matter when you visit, there is always something going on. There are amazing concerts and events at Vinoy Park, a Rays or Rowdies game to attend, and of course, plenty of opportunity for dining, drinking, music, games and fun times -- especially on the First Avenue South block ���������������������������������������������������������� venues). ������������������������������������������������������������������ The thing that I appreciate most about St. Pete is the people. I love that my customers know me and take pride in supporting our city’s local and original places. There is a strong “buy local” mentality that is helping our amazing city thrive.
