“The oven stays at 1000 degrees and cooks pizzas at 700 degrees on the mono block brick,” said John Mark. In addition to daily pizza and soup specials, the menu offers a variety of craft pizza options, including calzones. “We also just added oven-roasted ‘pasta boats’ to the menu.” The great thing about “craft pizza” is that you can choose everything from the type sauce and cheese to your own combination of toppings. To bring in a nice finish to the whole Italian flair, Hardware Pizza also serves gelato, cappuccinos, espressos, and Italian-style desserts. Wine is available on tap as well as craft beer. “We also have craft beer flights so customers can sample the different types of craft beer,” said Heather. Throughout the summer, Hardware Pizza will continue to host live music in the large “backroom” on the last Saturday of every month.
