Bank Wedding Walk in March is a oneday
event introducing prospective brides,
grooms, wedding attendants and their
families to town as the one-stop destination
for weddings. The Indie Street Film Festival
calls Red Bank “home” at the end of July
and brings over 75 independent films from
around the globe to an array of venues in
town.
The Red Bank Guinness Oyster Festival
scheduled for September 24th draws
over 15,000 people to town for a food and
music festival fashioned after Ireland’s
Galway Oyster Festival, showcasing Red
Bank restaurants as its food vendors.
Red Bank shines during the holidays
with the Town Lighting on Black Friday—
featuring the Santa Express train ride and
holiday concert by the renowned Holiday
Express—horse and carriage rides, holiday
carolers and a holiday scavenger hunt
adding to the holiday fun.
Red Bank is conveniently accessed by
water, rail, bus and automobile, just one
mile from Garden State Parkway’s Exit 109.
Visitors can walk to the downtown district
from the charming and historic Molly
Pitcher Inn, built in 1928, and the Oyster
Point Hotel, a contemporary boutique
hotel, both offering breathtaking panoramic
views of the Navesink River. NJ TRANSIT
North Jersey Coast Line trains and the
Academy Bus Line coaches serve Red
Bank as well, and town is an easy ride from
any of the terminals on the Seastreak or
New York Waterways ferries.
