Since I cannot be there
for your birthday, here
is wishing you every
happiness! Thank you
for always being there
for me. You are my
comfort and support.
You gave me something
to hold on to when I had
nothing. Thank you for
all you have done!!!

I am sorry I have not written for such
a long time. No stamps! We finally
started having church on Saturday.
About 30 inmates attend. At last, I made
my first confession in years. It felt good.
When I told the priest I had never
gone to confession, he told me everything
to do. I will keep on going every
time he comes. I wish I could send you
money for everything you send me,
but I have nothing. When I walk out
of these doors a free man, I am going to
donate. I will never forget who helped
me through prison with my Lord and
Savior. The Living Rosary has been
my strength! < James - TX >
I
would like to ask you to pray for me
and my family. I got parole on May
14. I want to keep in touch with you
when I am out. I am still trying to
learn how to pray. I don’t know many
prayers, but only the Our Father in
the book of Matthew. We learned that
as kids. May Our Father bless you and
all the others at the Living Rosary!
< Deborah - Lockhart, TX >
I am president of the Roman Catholic
Community here at Clayton, NM. My
prayer request is to ask for a Rosary. I
had a very nice one until recently. We
had a “shakedown” and the security,
who went through my property, threw
out my Rosary along with a bottle of
Holy Water and lots of other items, but
nothing as important as my Rosary. We
continue to have our Rosary services as
I know that, even without a Rosary,
God still hears my prayers. Someone
suggested I write to you. Thanks and
God bless you! < Gary - NM >
Thank you for your recent mailing.
There is one thing that I really need
and it is a Brown Scapular. Mine is
coming apart. I had someone sew it
up for me, but it won’t last long. I am
in a drug treatment program. I would
like to present a Scapular to a man who
has been struggling with his addictions.
It is strange, but there are drugs here
available in this drug unit, and many
men succumb to the temptation and
begin using again because they are so
readily available. Everyone here needs
your prayers, ULRA!!! Thank you again
for your support. < Joseph - GA >
I walked into our dayroom this
morning and saw a piece of your
literature on the table. It was truly a
God-send! This is a Protestant county
like most of North Florida, so anything
Catholic is rarely seen. Your literature
is visually and verbally beautiful! I am
Portuguese/Irish and my mother’s family
is from Portugal. My life has always
been saturated with the teachings of
the Blessed Mother. In fact, my grandmother
knew a woman who witnessed
the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima. Please
put me on your mailing list and send
me a DECADE and more literature.
There are about 1000 men here and 8 of
us go to Mass. I am 58 years old. Thank
you and God bless you! < Scott - FL >
I
am at a level-5 maximum security
prison. It is extremely dangerous here
and I am really hoping you guys can
send me a Rosary for my protection.
God bless you! < Eric - GA >
I
am currently being detained at Ben
County Jail. I am in between a rock and
a hard place physically and spiritually.
Right now, I have time to get my life
in order and make peace with God.
