locked up all these years, I don’t know
if I will be accepted on the outside.
Something that does give me hope is
that I know I will not be alone. God
will be with me and I intend to take
all of you with me in my prayers each
day as I offer my daily Decade. I want
to thank you for all the inspiration and
encouragement you have provided me
all these years in prison. After I get out,
I want to remain in contact with you.
May God’s Peace and Love be with
everyone throughout the New Year!

Yes, it is clear that I have adopted you
as my aunt. It is not every day that
people accept you for who you are; so
if you don’t mind, I would like to call
you, Aunty Pat. In the Winter Newsletter,,
the article about
brought into clear
perspective the role of our earthly
mothers and, especially, the role of
the Immaculate Mother. I feel a relief
knowing more fully that Our Blessed
Mother is there - attentive, protective
and kind. Not sure, if I mentioned it
before, but my 16 year old daughter
died in April. She committed suicide
and it tore my heart out. I pray for her
soul every day. Do you have a Catholic
Bible with all 72 books? May God
continue to bless you and the entire
St. Philomena Society!y We all love you,y ,
Aunty. Have a very
!

Thank you for enrolling me in the
Living Rosary. Twenty-four years ago,
I found a good prayer on the Miraculous
Medal and have prayed it all this time.
I asked God for a sign that He was
listening to my prayer. God gave me a
sign. I received my Decade on the
anniversary day of my father’s death
and the Decade began on the feast of
the Miraculous Medal! I have nothing
to off er but my gratitude and prayers.

Thank you for all you are doing to
promote the Rosary. I have utilized
your assistance for years while being
incarcerated. With my upcoming parole
date, I pray that I will be released soon.
I am requesting the 2021 Calendar. I
utilize the Calendar every day when I
pray my Rosary. Your brother in Christ,
< Thomas - TX >
Pray you all are well. We got a memo
telling us, “This is the New Normal”
meaning 24/7 lockdown. No yard, just
locked in our cells forever! We have
been this way all year. I am requesting
the 2021 Calendar and whatever the
spirit moves you to send my way. Love
and prayers, < Russell - GA >
I
was so glad to hear back from you. I
have a great story to tell you on how
God has changed me and my way of
living. I am going back to work in the
kitchen. I have a gift for working with
food. I have 33 years in cooking with
hours in many places in food service.
I have trained inmates and staff. This
prison is on lockdown again because
of another murder. I quit drugs after
40 years of using meth. I gave my life to
God. You have helped me with coming
to understand that there is a better life.
Please never stop writing to me. I say
my prayers and do my Rosary every day.
The chaplain has not given me the
things you sent to him. Please send
him a letter. I have taken a string and
made knots in it for the Rosary beads.
I hope you will keep on caring and be my
friend in this life. Say ‘Hello’ to the
people you work with and ask them
to pray for me. < Joseph - GA >
