FROM THE ESTATE OF MR. VARNELLE MOORE
1940 FORD DELUXE CONVERTIBLE
This older restoration is in excellent condition with its mirror
finish paint and an interior that has held up well reflecting the
level of care the car has received. The flathead V8 runs great
and combined with the column shift 3 speed transmission,
performance is very smooth and enjoyable. Options include
fender skirts, front and rear bumper guards, radio with
antenna, fog lamps, locking gas cap, deluxe wheel rings,
gravel deflectors and Ford Script white wall tires.
1936 FORD DELUXE PHAETON
This stunning restoration is as desirable mechanically as it is cosmetically. The flathead V8 runs very well and performance is enhanced with the period correct
custom dual exhaust and Reds headers. An important accessory is the ultra-rare Columbia 2-speed rear end providing smooth performance at highway speeds. All
gauges are in good working condition including oil, temperature and fuel. The headlights, tail lights and brakes lights all work as does the emergency brake. The
paint is excellent and the interior is in beautiful condition and
blending well with the simulated wood grain dash.
1940 NASH LAFAYETTE
This 100% original, unrestored 81 year old survivor has an unbelievable 25,678 actual miles. The original paint still shines and looks phenomenal. The interior’s
soft materials are in astonishingly good condition and the headliner looks great. When pulled from hibernation in Wisconsin, this jewel was fitted with new tires
and refreshed mechanically to be enjoyed on occasion
without disturbing the originality. The 6 cylinder
engine runs well and the transmission shifts smoothly.
