It has been a miracle for me to be
transferred to a medium security
prison where I will be able to see the
sunshine, be outdoors and be able to
go to the lunchroom, and be involved
in other activities. I am enclosing a
photo of the main core of our Rosary
group (some guys did not want their
picture taken). Tim will take my place
in the Tucson State Penitentiary as
your contact. Ed runs a choir, teaches
several classes and writes music in his
spare time. I have turned everything
over to Tim. He is a good man. He is a
convert to Catholicism since he came
to prison. God be with you always, my
friend! You remain in our prayers
daily. Many times, the only bright spot
in our days is the half hour we spend
together praying the Rosary and you
are the big reason we do this. God has a
special place for you and your workers.

e have tried so long to be allowed
to receive your books and Catholic
materials. We got a new chaplain and
want to instruct you how to send these
as he said he would help. What a true
blessing the ULRA and yourself have
been! We have received your large box
loaded with books, beautiful Catholic
literature, Bible, cards and pamphlets.
I was literally in tears when I saw all
that you included. Thank you so much.
Through the intercession of Our Holy
Mother and Our Lord Jesus Christ, our
prayers have been answered. Our
thoughts and prayers are with you.
May God bless you! < Paul – TN >
I am writing to inform you of my
release on January 23rd. I am very
excited. My area is still recovering
from hurricane Michael; this will be an
opportunity for me to reach out and
help the community, to be beneficial
rather than detrimental. I can’t wait
to attend my first Mass on the outside
and be able to spend some time before
the Blessed Sacrament. Thank you for
all you have done for me during my
incarceration - for the Rosary, Scapular,
prayer cards, Newsletters, and for
encouraging me with your letters.
May Our Blessed Mother continue to
keep a watchful eye over the Living
Rosary. We are united by the AVEs we
pray each day. < Matthew – FL > Thank you for sending me my Decade
in the Living Rosary. I have a strong
love for Our Blessed Mother. On 6-24-19,
I was received in the Church and am in
love with the Faith. I welcome anything
you can send as it is shared among
those in RCIA. < Dunkan - GA >
I never received your mail. They got
tired of me upsetting their established
order of abuse at the Adams County
Detention Facility and finally threw
me out. All charges were dropped and
they put me out in freezing weather
with a T-shirt, jeans twice my size, and
slippers. What inhumanity! The literal
torture of innocent people that are
suffering in that place is beyond anything
you can imagine! When did this
become Putin’s America? My trailer was
still where I had parked it many months
ago. It had been ransacked several times,
but my religious things were mostly
undisturbed. I have no electricity, but
I am safe. God is watching over me.
Please keep in touch. I want to receive
your materials. < Cindy - CO >
Here, the Spanish-speaking Catholic
community is very interested in starting
up their Decades in the Living Rosary.
Do you have any Spanish materials you
can send us? < Jeremiah - TX >
