Sena Jeter Naslund and Flora Naslund Schildknecht
are a mother and daughter with a shared passion for
writing. They will both be presenting in the Library
Loggia on December 5, at 4 p.m.
Ms. Schildknecht has published fi ction in The Louisville
Review, 2nd & Church, The Chaffi n Journal, and
Sisyphus. Her work has been nominated twice for the
Pushcart prize. She will read from her debut collection
Megafauna: Stories and Screenplay.
Ms. Naslund is the author of several novels, including
Ahab’s Wife, Abundance, Four Spirits and Adam and
Eve. She will read from her work in progress: Wreath,
a Novel of American Civil War and Peace. She has
spoken at the Johann Fust Library many times.

Boat departs from the Boca Grande Marina,
