WWelcome to Revelations
Cafe! Recently opened in Lutz,
FL, Revelations Cafe is a vegetarian
and plant based cafe
that offers delicious healthy
food, while giving the patrons
an opportunity for respite. As
you walk in, you are greeted
by many smiling friendly faces,
including owners Mia and
Robbie Revello-Graham. Re-
with white subway tiles and
beautiful hand painted murals.
There is a great attention to detail
and the owner’s intent is
evident everywhere.
“We have provided a place
to help keep the distractions
(your phone) at bay while giving
you a key question to help
unlock the potential deep within
each one of us. Please write
down your thoughts and feel
free to share them with us! We
will help to keep you accountable!
Our prayer is that you
never stay the same and that
you have the willingness to go
into those deep places that one
could only dream.”

questions with a pen and pad for you to write down your answers

beautiful sunsets painted on the walls, a prayer board for you to
leave your prayers or messages in private, a family game area

to play so they are entertained while you relax and enjoy your
coffee, breakfast or lunch!
The menu is thoughtful and fresh! Executive Chef David
Giusto worked closely with the owners to create a menu that
would not only feed your body, but nourish your soul. They are
sensitive to all of the many dietary requirements of the masses offering
vegan and gluten or peanut free options. They even make
their own pecan butter! I was excited to try so many things. In
addition to the amazing fresh ground fair trade coffee, we also

ordered two freshly squeezed
juices, one was primarily beet
and the other matcha, ginger
and celery. Both were equally
delicious and soothing to the
stomach. Each is described on
the menu as “Juices of the Spirit,”
with nine choices all at a
moderate price.
I decided to order the
Rainbow Salad and Figgy
Goat Flatbread and I am glad
so many colorful, crispy and
fresh vegetables, topped with
avocado, pepitas and edamame.
I had a hard time deciding
on dressing so I tried three,
was delectable with fresh goat
a drizzle of maple balsamic reduction.
We left that afternoon
full, feeling as though we had
nourished ourselves and done
something healthy for the
body and the soul.
This is more than just a
restaurant, this is Mia’s passion.
She feels this is a prophetic
idea she has been given. She
genuinely wants to help others
and give them a meeting place outside of the church where they
can feel safe to congregate and create new memories. On Saturday
nights they open with live acoustic music, and offer a 10 percent
discount if you bring any church bulletin into the cafe! You
can view the menu and read a little more about the owners and
their mission on their website at revelations-cafe.com, as well as
place an online order for a quick and easy pick up. They are located
at 17808 N Dale Mabry Hwy Lutz, FL 33558.
