Greetings from Very Rev. Vicar Forane
and parish priest! This is to certify that
Mr. Dhanaraj Rodrigues of the worldwide
Living Rosary Movement came to
our parish on March 4. By his help,
we had our Lenten preparation retreat
based on devotion to Our Blessed
Mother. Mr. Dhanaraj gave beautiful
talks and messages about the real piety
needed towards Mary and importance
of praying the Rosary and wearing the
Scapular. His talks were based on the
Bible and teachings of the Church. They
were very informative and very much
inspiring to encourage us to lead a
good Christian life. His demonstration
of the Saints and Popes with pictures,
and thoughts about the Eucharist,
along with the conversion of souls,
and peace in the world through the
Rosary, was remarkable. It could be
recommended in other parishes in
Tamil Nadu. We thank his team for
their efforts and endeavors to spread
devotion to Mary and the teachings of
the Catholic Church.

I am a diocesan priest for the Catholic
Diocese of Zomba. My Bishop sent me
to pursue a course in Clinical Medicine
at the College of Health Sciences. Now,
I work at Our Lady of Fatima Parish,
celebrating the Sacraments, visiting the
sick in their homes, animating the youth
and visiting the terminally ill in their
homes. I also work as a clinical officer
at the hospital, seeing out-patients,
doing ward-rounds and conducting
clinics. I meet many Christians who
require Rosaries, Scapulars and pious
articles. We have a high demand for
these two articles of devotion. To the
sick and the dying, the Rosary is the
best weapon to cling to Jesus through
Mary. We will appreciate anything you
can send to us. < Fr. Steven Kaziyale

Thank you so much for the box of
pieties which I received on February 7.
The family Rosary needs to be brought
to our homes. For two solid months, we
have the rainy season, and our homes
and roads are all flooded. I thank
St. Philomena who listens to our cries
as the rainfall has eased up. Now, our
homes are back to normal. I am trying
my best to build a small house to keep
all the pieties you send for taking
when I travel to the remote villages.
Many are addicted to alcohol making
their own home brew. My program this
year is to continue visiting families and
to pray with them. The family is the
foundation of the faith and all life’s
situations. Thank you. May God bestow
on you many graces and blessings!

My Living Rosary members and I wish
you and your staff who work at the
Society of the Living Rosary a Happy
Christmas and New Year! You have
changed our lives and the lives of people
all over the world by your missionary
apostolate. You give prisoners much
hope in turning to God. They recover
from illness and those down-hearted
are lifted up. Some people say the
Saints are living in Heaven, but no one
becomes a Saint in Heaven without
starting here on earth. God has given
you the key of Heaven in order to
open the gate for all the peoples of the
