picking up a racket? Tennis
Anyone?
A great sport
at any age
While many people played tennis when they were younger, it is quite often a sport that falls off
the agenda as knees become weaker and are replaced, and rotator cuffs require a little surgery.
Still, many fondly remember that meaty “thwock” a ball makes when hitting the racket squarely,
and recall the exhilaration that comes with a perfect shot to the back corner near your opponent’s baseline.
So, maybe it’s time to pick it up again? You may think your age takes you out of the game, but that
normally isn’t the case. It’s not out of the realm of possibility at all, as a matter fact.
