TFO Spring Family Concerts: From Rags to Mozart
Family Concerts are short introductions to the families of the orchestra for children ages PreK-2nd
grade. The Florida Orchestra Reed Trio will present music ranging from Mozart’s Divertimento to
Confrey’s Kitten on the Keys rag. Explore different musical styles covering four countries and three
centuries with the oboe, clarinet, and bassoon.
Before each performance, TFO will provide a variety of
interactive preconcert activities, including the popular North
Suncoast Associates Instrument Petting Zoo, arts and crafts
activities, and activities that will help children understand
the science behind sound.
Performances begin at 10 am and 11:15 am on each date:
partnership with the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities at USF.
