activities to start. The goal of moving more and achieving
at least a mile a day is simple. You can accumulate your
mile at one time or throughout the day. If one mile is
too short a distance, try for two to three a day. Wherever
you are in your activity level, you can challenge yourself
to either move more, or perhaps add some stretching or
resistance training to your activity regimen.

essential to good health. The relationships we have can
improve our quality of life and ability to cope with the
