Matt Hoff ’00 was appointed Principal of Cannella Elementary in Tampa by the Hillsborough County School Board. Ryan Cates ’04 is a Physician Assistant at St. Mary’s Medical Center in San Francisco. Dr. Justin Sanchez ’95 and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) have created the “LUKE” arm system. “LUKE” is a modular, battery-powered prosthetic arm which represents the most signifi cant advance in upper extremity prosthetics in more than a century.
