In 2014, Harnett Health and Campbell University announced the next step in their medical education partnership - Campbell University medical students would join Campbell Pharmacy and Physician Assistant students in clinical rotations at Harnett Health clinics and hospitals. Additionally, Harnett Health would partner with Campbell to create residency programs. Family Medicine Dr. Zich and resident physician Dr. Hubbard work together in the operating room to perform an outpatient procedure. Emergency Medicine Dr. Brown discusses a treatment plan with medical intern Peggy Robinson for a patient in the Betsy Johnson Emergency Department. After successfully completing her intern year at Harnett Health, Dr. Robinson elected to r emain here to complete her medical training in residency. Harnett Life Page 63
