Dr. Charlotte Paolini, Medical Director at Emerald Health & Rehab Center Biography Dr. Paolini is Chair of Family Medicine at CUSOM. A native of Biddeford, Maine and graduate of the University Of New England College Of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Paolini was on faculty at UNECOM for nine years before coming to CUSOM. Dr. Paolini is board certified in Family Practice and holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Geriatrics. She enjoys clinical practice focused on the care of the older, community dwelling adult. She offers full service geriatrics care, except for the hospitalized patient, seeing patients in the office and in the nursing home. She also makes house calls when needed. Dr. Paolini is on the Christian Medical and Dental Associations Board of Trustees and serves on the CMDA Human Trafficking Commission. She volunteers at the Campbell Community Care Clinic and serves on domestic and international medical missions annually.
