Our most recent trip began on April 29 and we covered 6 cities and visited many churches and schools. We traveled to Garha Morh and enrolled students at St. Joseph School and stopped at various places along the way. We reached Okara and visited St. Augustine Church. Fr. Khalid Mukhtar was there and he was very happy and thankful for our visit. We enrolled many of his people in the Living Rosary. After resting, we went on to Ibn-e-Mariam Church, Islami Colony and Katchi Abadi. On May 3, Fr. Imran Khurshee took me to Chak #8, Yaqoobadad. In Sukkur, Fr. Anwar welcomed us. On May 6, we left for Karachi and enrolled people in the ULRA at St. Joseph the Worker Church. In Hyderabad, we visited the Secretary of the Diocesan Board of Education. Sr. Roberta Kilbride welcomed us in Khipru. We enrolled students, teachers and some family members. We visited two schools at Nasrat Nagar. Since February, we travelled 16,000 miles. It was a long trip and very tiring. There are always many difficulties but, when I see people happy and thankful to the Living Rosary after enrolling and receiving their Decade, a Rosary, leaflets, books and other devotional articles, I also feel very happy and thank God for choosing me for this great Mission. Many Religious tell us to hand-over the Sacramentals and they will do everything themselves. In this case, the Decade would be neglected. The travel takes many hours and, often, I am alone. Then, there are those with a keen eye to steal things from us. In the last trip, someone took our camera bag, charger and batteries. Whatever we suffer, we are compensated by the many souls who are sincere, and are nourished and strengthened by the devotion. Thank you for making this possible for our country. Please pray for me. < AFZAAL >
