23 Ginger Peach Palmer 7.5 oz. sweet ginger tea 1.5 oz. peach puree 2 thin lemon slices 3 peach slices 3 torn basil Leaves 1.5 oz. vodka 1 cup crushed ice Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a chilled mason jar and garnish with fresh peach slices, fresh ginger slices or a fresh basil sprig as you wish. Enjoy! Recipe compliments of The Pink Elephant, Boca Grande.
